MAKRO COMPLAINT

I would like to lodge a COMPLAINT against Makro SA. I placed an order for an item and paid for it, they delivered a cheaper item without any notification, and I have been unable to get a response from them. It is their mistake and despite numerous phone calls, WhatsApps and email, they have failed to rectify their mistake. Do not trust this company!
