Makro close my order without delivering goods-basically theft

Makro have now closed off my order as completed online and I haven't received the goods which I was waiting for since May. Makro you are ******* and I can not explain how disgusting your service is. I beg anyone thinking of using Makro to definitely not do so. I hope the police are looking in to the way you operate.
