MAKRO CLEAR MY NAME PLEASE

I had a store / credit card from Makro amounting R7000. I lost my job in 2018 and couldnt make regular payments as usual and my account was handed over to VVM attorneys". I made an arrangement with VVM and paid the outstanding amount of R4 790.94 on the 18/09/2020 into the Makro account as suggested by the agent. I then sent the pop to VVM and they said they will send me the paid up letter. To date I haven't received my letter from Makro or VVM. Makro then handed over my account to MBD who are now harassing me every second day with endless calls. I have sent them proof of payment via email and they have been sending me from pillar to post and clearly cant sort this out. Can someone from MAKRO SA action the cancellation of my account as I really don't owe them anything, you cant keep on ****ming people money, everytime i call their call centre they tell me that they cant do anything about it, yet money was received in their account. THATS NONSENSE. I WANT MY NAME CLEARED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, otherwise i have to open a case because i have all the proof that i paid everything owed to makro
