Makro cheated, they are *******s!

Bought a lawn mower online, was delivered without an arm, so i couldn’t assemble it, tried to return it online, my cart was wiped out. Went to the store, they said they’ll call me the following morning to come and collect the part as they were not able to deliver it to my house. Waited, no call. Went there in the afternoon to return it, & was told they have a new one they’ll dismantle it and give me the part. I was invited this morning to write a review by them but they didn’t display it instead displayed the other product that was delivered late complete though. I think for a while I respected makro but it reminds me when I bought the play station, it worked for 4 months and when I tried to return it, I realised they didn’t send through electronic invoice as they normally do. Makro are *******s.
