Makro cheated me on my refund
I bought a headboard from Makro online for R899 on 14 February 2025, and they delivered a wrong colour headboard. I logged a return on 4 March 2025, and it was only collected on 24 March 2025. Makro refunded me only R359 instead of the full R899, l have been struggling to get my balance of R540 from Makro. I have phoned them countless times with no success. I want my R540

15 Apr 2025, 14:39The proof of refund you sent just now is the same R359 that you paid me on 02nd April 2025, and it's the incorrect amount. My full refund was supposed to be R899, I want the difference of R540 due to me. Do not send me the same proof of refund because it's you haven't settled the difference of R540 that you shortchanged me with. I have been getting the same proof of payment 4 times already but it's for the incorrect amount of R359, you ****** me of R540, where is it? Pay it back. I paid you in full. The headboard cost R899, but you want to rob me of R540, and only pay me R359 for a refund, why?

15 Apr 2025, 14:45I have phoned your contact centre more than 20 times looking for my refund. I spoke to Portia, Lehlohonolo, Thokozani and many others with no success. I'm so frustrated and livid at this stage, you are *****ing R540 from me. Pay me back my money.
