MAKRO CHEATED AND CONNED ME

On the 22 November 2021 i placed an order online. The goods were delivered in batches as all the items were not available, i accept. Then about the 5 or 6 December they delivered goods, but SHORT DELIVERED. They however, CHARGED ME FOR ALL THE GOODS i ordered. THEIR DELIVERY indicated 3 bottles of whiskey, they DELIVERED ONLY 1. I've been calling them everyday, they keep promising to sort out, it's now ONE MONTH SINCE I ORDERED the goods, I;m still waiting. FAYAAZ from GERMISTON MAKRO is supposed to sort it out, HE DOESNT EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER MY CALLS. They promised someone will call me, no one bothers. I FEEL MAKRO CONNED ME, THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND NOW DONT WANT TO GIVE ME THE GOODS THEY TOOK MONEY FOR. SOMEONE IS POCKETING THE GOODS I DONT KNOW. THIS HAS BEEN VERY VERY FRUSTRATING, I DEAL WITH LOTS OF CO ONLINE, WE NEVER HAD SO MUCH AGRRAVATION AND FRSTRATION. THEY REALLY CHEATED AND CONNED ME
