Makro Charges for items not Taken!!

Phoning them is a waste of time, I phone the help center and they referred me to the Wonderboom Branch, after 2 hours, I dropped the line, I actually took a photo as evidence... Secondly they seem to keep over charging their customers. On my last two visits, I was charged for more item than I took, why is this? How many customers check their receipts, are they all getting charges for item not taken...PLEASE Makro catch a wake up and fix your systems...
