MAKRO CENTURION VERY VERY BAD SERVICES FROM THE MANAGEMENT AND HEAD OFFICE STUFF

We as SEBENZA stockvel we were here for two days and we hired transport for two days and we couldn't be assisted 30 Nov 2024 and 1st Dec 2024 they said the head office people can't do anything as weekends they Don't really want to work the did not answer their phones we tried speaking to the manager she said she can't come to us by the office she is very busy as if we are not important imagine our petrol for two days and the transport we hired for two days who is supposed to pay for that ? We are not happy and we don't think we will ever buy from Makro again because the service is very very POOR and they don't even care about our expensis. We were Assisted by Mirriam and she is also taking a side of the head office people saying they are only two people on stand by and there is nothing they can do we need our transport money for two day and our Money back .
