Makro Centurion very upset

Long Story short I upgrade at Makro Centurion 1June2016 at a shoch in Desember 2017 I receive a SMS to say you can upgrade end if January 2019 REALLY so my contract is for 3years instead of 2 years I am very unhappy. I upgrade my Tablet the same year as my phone also at Makro Centurion a month later than the phone and I can upgrade my Tab end of April this year 2018. Also that day of the phone upgrade I was there the whole they were off line on and off. Now I am fighting with Vodacom and its not ten it's Makro Centurion. I also lay a complain on Thursday 11 of January 2018 and as yet heard nothing it is Sunday 14 January
