MAKRO CENTURION USELESS *******

On 26 November ordered and paid on line for 3 x 12.5Kg Maize Meal + 1 x Bobtail Dog Food. Delivery date showed as 28 November. The Bobtail was taken off the order "no stock" yet it still did not show as sold out on the website! It is now the 9 Dec and the 3 x 12.5 Kg Maize Meal have still not been delivered. On tracking the order it still shows as packed waiting for delivery!!!! The help line is NO HELP. I have phoned daily and emailed 3 times and NOTHING gets done. No refund and no goods received, So disgusted. In the meantime I had an order in my trolley for liquor store items, which I have ordered and paid from Takealot and received complete order the next day. Makro are disgusting. I will never buy another thing from them.
