Makro Centurion Online Order

I've been waiting for my order since the 23rd of November till today I'm still waiting, I tried to contact the makro Centurion but no assistance they only promise us lies and the first time Constance Molopa told me the driver stole my items and they nolonger have stock and asked if I could like a refund which I refused and they said they will rebook for delivery friday (01st of December 2023) which they didn't deliver and I called again Saturday morning and I was told the delivery failed. And I don't understand how since they didn't even call nor send an sms. There is just a delay when they are supposed to handover my order to the courier , they keep telling me their going to rebook. I spoke to Constance Molopa and her story just don't add up.

Makro online service (Centurion) is really disappointing for such a big company. And they forget what we buy there are essentials, so when they delay to hand over to the courier to deliver our products then what's going to happen? So when I bought soaps and tissues, I must go buy again else where and wait for them to make up their minds? like honestly what must happen?. This is so unprofessional and unaccaptable.
