Makro Centurion Clerk Requesting bribery in order to generate bulk discount codes

Mid January we went to Centurion Makro to purchase bulk groceries for a funeral, we went to bulk sales clerk to request for a discount, the person that assisted us is Kea, to our surprise she slide a paper through to us requesting us to pay her in order for her to generate a discount code for us. Literally requesting us to pay her to perform her duties, on top of that we then released that they also work with the people that assist with the bulk grocery lifting/packing, It seems that there is a whole syndicate that operates on bribery on the bulk division in Centurion. I tried calling in the next day to report this but I had to hold for the manager for a while until the call got cut off.
