Makro centurion bad service on a fridge
I bought a fridge at makro centurion on black friday, now the fridge has a fault no longer working properly. I went to report it to them and they sent a technician to check nor did he take photos . The technician said he doesnt work with it and left. I contacted makro to say there were eggs of crock roaches that caused the problem. Bad service

13 Oct 2025, 11:29My Question is did you investigate that wit the supplier or just their assumption because they didn't even open the fridge or to take pictures or share with us,we told that technician will come back to us as they don't work with that.after my follow up that we're they **** and say pictures where taken where and when because i believe it was not my house and makro doesn't care about my concern
