Makro Centurion

Makro Centurion Do NOT take anything on RCS card. I bought a laptop from them in December 2021. After a few days it didnt work, took it back and decided to buy another laptop a much better more expensive one for R15999.00 on credit with my RCS card. 26th of FEB 2022 it also started causing issues so I took it back and asked for a refund and decided I won't buy a laptop from Makro. They gave me a refund slip (witch means nothing) by the way, saying they put it back on my credit card, since then I've been paying an installment every month with interest for something I don't have. I've been up and down to Makro all they say is they cant help me i need to send an email, I keep sending emails no one replies. Just sent another mail with the latest statement showing I still ow the full amount. Uhg. What do i do? I can tell you I won't give up but heck why is this there customers issue to sort out. I have the slip saying it's been refunded, just refund it. Who should be responsible for the installments and interest? This is crazy.
