Makro Caro Extended Warranty FAILURE
Macro Care, extended warranty programme is a joke. It was been more than a month and my two washing machines are still not fixed. One is apparently still waiting for spare parts, and the other still they have not assigned a technician to. How difficult can it be. And sorry to say this is not the first time. Extended warranty is not worth the paper it is written on if it take months to fix a machine that breaks down. WHat are poeple to do in the interim?

27 Sept 2023, 08:54Finally get email back, and I get told they have sources spares for BOTH machines, while they have not even arranged a technicain to go out and see the one. HOw can this be? Please can someone just pickup a phone and phone me!!!!
