Makro Carnival Stepping Up

Makro Carnival is privileged to have a manager like Siphiwe Sibeko who assisted us with our complaint regarding the Defy stove we had problems with.

Although we had to go to the store without anyone calling us, the end result was good.

He was proffesional, attentive and he was truly dismayed by the poor service received.

He was able to arrange a credit note, pick up of the appliance from the home it was and still being true to his vocation almost convinced us to take another Defy stove.This on a Saturday morning.

Siphiwe kept communication regarding the arrangements to collect the stove even on a Sunday afternoon.

Siphiwe you were exceptionally good,understanding and kind to us, restoring our faith in Makro or at least Makro Carnival.
