Makro Carnival Return & Refund

I bought a washing machine in-store at carnival makro i Oct , item was never used or even open. Decided to return and request a refund. The driver *****gwa Moshomane collected the item to be returned on Friday 20 Dec, advised that the store will be in contact but nothing. I called this morning and the store tells me that they are not aware of a return. What am I suppose to do now?
