Makro Carnival repairs inadequate service
I bought a defy microwave at Makro carnival .
If zero or negative 10 was a score I would give them.
More than a month ago my defy useless microwave has not been repaired. Broken down more than once . Defy has no recollection of receiving the microwave. Makro is not answering their phone it’s as if I’m calling the municipal service call centre that’s how bad they are.
