MAKRO CARNIVAL POOR SERVICE

I bought a 75inch TCL TV 3 Aug. 2024 for R15000, salesman and promotion staff sold me on the idea that TV was good price on promotion and that it would be R18000 the following week, to my Suprise 13 Aug.2024 Makro advertised same TV with a sound bar included for R12999, this is not right. i feel they misled me and now you can get same TV for R2000 less with a sound bar included. really disappointed in this service from Makro, sent them e-mail, but no reply. feel like a fool
