Makro Carnival Mall pathetic.

Absolutely pathetic. I got sms the whole day of my product that i bought will be delivered on Tuesday from the Carnival Branch. Well, im still waiting. When i phoned the drìver he was rude and told me its not his problem to deliver my stuff, though his number was given with tracking? Its day 4... i still waiting as the last message said it was delivered 20:20 that night??
