MAKRO CARNIVAL MALL - EXTENDED WARRANTY - NO JOY!!!

I bought a Gas Stove from MAKRO and took out an extended warranty. Stove: make: TOTAI- Gas stove - elec. oven -Model S6ST40E6- Serial no ***00 43 - MAKRO card no ***0. I always take out extended warranty, (POLICY NO 263*****) but now that I want it fixed, they want a COC before they will come out and fix. Nowhere in the contract does it mention this. I have been trying since 20-10-2024 to get this sorted, with at least 8 calls and just don't get any joy. I have bought a lot of TV's, fridges, stoves, washing machines, office furniture etc from this store: Makro in Brakpan, Carnival and been a client for many, many years, and this is the service I get!!! I don't think so! If I don't get any joy, I will most definitely not be spending any more money at Makro.
