Makro Carnival Incompetence and Rudeness!!!
Makro Carnival always take my parcels to Springs whenever I buy them online. I normally buy from Riversand, but it will automatically takes me to Carnival whenever Riversand doesn't have what I want to buy. I hate buying from Carnival as they always take my parcel to Springs whilst I'm in the North West! All the time is the same problem! I'm suspecting they are blind when it comes to seeing my address. I bought from them since last week and today they have given the WUMDROP driver my parcel to Springs. Called them several times, but no one is answering from the online department. I only speak to the person at switchboard and they would transfer my call to nothing! Such incompetence! 😡😡Then I would get my parcel after weeks of going to Springs, back to the store and again to Springs.
Tell me why my order was given to WUMDROP again this morning to Springs?! Why exactly is Canrival still in business if they can't solve a mere thing? It's only them who can't see my address that I'm in the Northwest and not Springs. Is it going to take 2 weeks again to arrive like other times? Argh man! You guys are pathetic!
