Makro Carnival

Very bad service 😒 Over 7days and we haven't received our order yet Payment was made online .. When you call them they don't answer and can't tell you anything regarding your order's Wumdrop said they sent their driver twice to makro Carnival to collect my order and makro didn't not give them my order... and they won't even call or make any effort to send the order very disappointed and I'm such a good makro customer nw with service like this makes u think if u should order again I wonder if il ever get a refund or my order 🤔

Can we please get someone from makro Carnival to call us today and let us know exactly as to what is going on. ..
And so now that they canceled our order on their own they should be doing our eft payment
They can't say order is coming and we waiting for it just fr them to tell us sorry had to send back coz it got canceled
But we paid for stock and waiting for it and I don't know who's canceling our order ....
This parcel was bought by my husband R hajee mohamed
Makro can't keep our parcel and the money 🤔
So not fair
10days already and this kind of service 👎
