Makro Carnival
Good day I placed an order on the 25th of August the amount of R3 700 I have tried to get in contact with Makro Carnival but no replies on my email or whatsapp group if you dial the customer care you hold on for 45 min with no help. As of now the 30 August I still have not received my online order. I'm highly disgusted and fed up as I need my groceries. I need to bring this to light as I know I'm not the only one with this problem.

31 Aug 2022, 15:30I have asked 4 times already to swop out the products that is out of stock or to credit me on my makro card or to give me a voucher. I have phoned twice today and nothing is happening we are a family of 5 so everyday I need to go to spar to buy stuff that I ordered on Makro online. Get on with it I need my order. I have been waiting 5 day already. I really hope my order will be delivered by tomorrow.

01 Sept 2022, 11:04So as of today 01 September 2022 I have not received my makro online order it's been 7 days and I'm desperate for my groceries. I need your help hellopeter to take drastic measure into my order being delivered I have children I need to feed and I have no other option for food.
