I would like to thank Lindokuhle Ntwenkulu, a Massmart/ Makro Frontline Agent for an outstanding service. Her patience and understand when I had questions regarding my order, she even went an extra mile to contact the courier herself so my daughter can receive her order. 🥺🥺 as I was at fault. She kept on updating me regarding my order. I could feel her smile over the phone. I felt Valued and and supported, I am very impressed with the level of care. Thank you sis, May the Lord our God bless you and your hard work be recognized.
