Makro card division managed by RCS is totally useless

Makro card (RCS) division is totally ***********. More than a month ago (5 Sept, today is 17 Sept 2023) I asked via email for the makro card account to be closed. They take days to answer emails (probably too busy spamming people with their stupid loan offerings) and try to draw out the process so much that your zero balance accrues fees again so that the account cannot be closed.

Really pathetic, and I can't wait for Amazon to come in and gets rid of useless organisations like this.
