Makro Cape Gate - Worst Service
Makro Cape Gate. Worst service ever. I have been struggling since 8 July and to date no feedback. My washing machine is broken and is still under warranty (actually brand new) but they just don't seem to care at all. Would not recommend people to support them as the after customer service is non-existent.

14 Aug 2021, 01:39Almost 1 month later since my review and STILL no solution. Empty promises that has not been kept by. I am strongly considering not to support Makro in future again because the after sales consumer support is absolutely terrible, and I am not complaining about a R1k product. It is freaking expensive! And to top it all off have to undergo extra expenses to take my washing to a laundromat.
