Makro Cape Gate Worse salesperson Nathan Gerber

Received the worst service at Makro Cape Gate from the appliance division team. I purchased appliances and I was completely transparent with salesperson Nathan Gerber w.r.t delivery. He assured me that a note will be made as he does not communicate with delivery team. He assured me he will do it. Once sale was made, I discovered that he did no such thing. Sales staff like him proves over and over that they just take your money so they can get commission at the end of the day and to hell with the rest.
