Makro cape gate. USELESS!!

Makro cape gate is the worse place ever. My tv broke 2 months ago and i sent it in for repairs. Got it back used it for about a month and it broke with the same problem again. Was told by lisby over that phone that they would do a rush job. Took it to the shop and was told there is no such thing and then she said i must've misunderstood cause there is no such thing. Sent the tv in for repairs again and finally got it back today. Unwrapped it at home and saw they messed up my footpiece. Theres chips and scratches everywhere on it. Phones them again and the phone got hung up on me. Switched my tv on a bit later tonight and again the same problem. That would make it 3 times broken in 3 to 4 months and me having to wait for the repair 21 work days. Now im gonna have to go in again with my tv for another repair. I think i deserve to get my money back after all this. No one at that store seems to wanna help with anything.
