Makro Cape Gate never buy from them

Makro was instructed by Defy to refund me and collect the Machine and return it to Defy as it is a Faulty Unit. Makro is refusing to refund me and now claims they will repair it at no cost lol the Washing Machine did one load been standing since August. I need help as they are just messing my around
