Makro Cape Gate - Half Order or Intentionally keeping promotional items behind

I placed this order online from the Makro Cape Gate store and only received the washing machine.

Feedback from your general customer service says they will check if I placed the order correctly or if Cape Gate forgot to include my promotional items.

My question is, even if I did place this order incorrectly. Why would no one call me to let me know I've placed the order incorrectly because it comes with the kettle and toaster. It almost seems asif you guys intentionally kept the promotional items behind.

Meanwhile it should automatically comewith this order.

Can I please have the rest of my order or my money back? Because I distinctly remember seeing saved R1098 at checkout.
