Makro Cape Gate - Absolutely worse service ever
I place an order for a steel cabinet and other items at Makro Cape Gate.
I received my order on the 12th of June 2020 and found the Steel Cabinet to be of very poorly quality. It looks like a second hand product for which I paid full price.
On the same day I phone the Marko Call Centre and requested for the steel cabinet to be exchanged for a new steel cabinet.
Today is the 9th of July 2020 and the steel cabinet is still in my office. After numerous call to the call centre and various difference excuses, Makro still has not arranged for a pick up date.
This is absolutely **** customer service. I do not want an exchange but rather a refund instead. I receive no feedback from Makro whatsoever and the Makro Cape Gate store does not answer any of the phone numbers.
Worse experience ever from such a big company.
