Makro Cape Gate

I bought an LG Sh5 Soundbar from Makro recently on a Saturday when the normal price was R3 799.00 I enquired about if this model would go on special and no one could confirm that it would soon. My brother bought the same model 3 weeks prior on a special for R2 999.00

A week later I haven't opened the box yet I then saw online that the price dropped R1 000.00 from R3 799.00 to R2 799.00 as part of their birthday special. I was upset because a R1000 is a lot these days.

I immediately contacted customer care and spoke to the very efficient and very professional Multimedia Manger who told me to bring back the slip as I was not going to return the soundbar (and it was within 7 days) . She arranged for a Makro gift card to the value of R1 000.00 (which was the difference between what I paid and the speical) which I spent right there and then as I had to buy other items from Makro.

Makro Cape Gate is really my favourite Makro in the Western Cape as they have very good prices, huge variety, friendly staff and always go the extra mile for their clients.

Well done Makro! You guys and girls are really Big on Life!!
