Makro Cape Cape Selling Faulty Defy Washing Machines on Birthday Promotions and tells you only have 14 days for a refund otherwise you must buy a new one

I bought a Defy Washing Machine on 16 August 2023 when I unboxed it I found washing Powder and Rust in Machine I reported they said sorry you cant get refund you had 14 days to return, well my Electricity was off for 10 Days due to cable theft so I had no reason to open a sealed box and did my washing by a friend already . 30 October the same washing Machine flooded my entire Kitchen when I moved Machine to dry up my tile was rusted already, the water came from the bottom of the Washing Machine my kitchen has water damage and my carports in lounge. Makro does not want to refund me or collect the washing Machine if they responded to my first complained this would not have happened .
