Makro - Can't get hold of stores

Takes forever for someone to answer at the call centre. Had to call 3 times. Then I get provided with the store direct number, and that number rings once and the call gets cut. And I have tried almost 7 times.

What is happening Makro? Did you not anticipate for the festive season?
