Makro - can't deliver service or feedback
I bought a MSN Diaper Bag Backpack with Crib, Multifunctional Backpack with Bed, Mom and Baby Bag handbag R 655.00 on the 10th of May it was suppose to be delivered the 16th May after numerous phone calls and fights the package showed no movement and I still don't have sn answer no I cancelled the order no I am being punished further as I must wait for my money 7 to 14 working days. This is totally unacceptable.

The fact that I requested feedbacks all the time was also ignored.
Now I am being punished further I must wait for my money because of Makro's bad service.
Not even a sorry mam we will process your refund immediately or mam please accept this voucher or anything for the inconvienance we may have caused you.
I will never buy anything online from Makro again and I will be spreading the bad service.
The fact that I requested feedbacks all the time was also ignored.
Now I am being punished further I must wait for my money because of Makro's bad service.
Not even a sorry mam we will process your refund immediately or mam please accept this voucher or anything for the inconvienance we may have caused you.
