Makro can't deliver

I placed an order 26 August 2018. Today 11 days after I placed and did an instant payment online I have yet to receive my package. I just got a message notifying me that my package will be delivered in the next 5 days. MAKRO...YOU ADVERTISE THAT I WILL HAVE MY PARCEL IN 3-5DAYS. Sad thing is this happens every time. And every time I promise myself to never buy from you again. Won't make that mistake again. I will stick to buying from my favourite selected few sites, e.g. Takealot. I order what I want and have it at my door within 3 days. Get with the times Makro.

Makro makro makro you always seem to amaze me. I will be receiving my parcel today...thanks for escalating. ANOTHER PROBLEM...seems like dejavu????? Dawn wing sent me a message informing me of the parcel delivery and yet again as I can recall previous parcels...they have the wrong address. Did you not email me a couple days ago ( Gift Mthimunye ) requesting the correct address because you could not pick it up on the system??? I responded to that email with the address but still you get it wrong. Costing me valuable time and money I have to use to phone dawn wing to inform them about the correct address. And dont blame me for giving the incorrect address. The address was correct on the payment confirmation email you sent. How do you manage to get it wrong every time and after so many years. This time you have no excuse. It is not Christmas or black friday.

And then you got the order wrong...wrong item.............. Can I go on with this? Its starting to seem a bit ridiculous.
