Makro cant count! They did it twice in a row

Order MAK*** - I ordered 12 of the same item on the 13th of Dec. I received 1. I then contacted them and they said I must log a return which I did. Havent received the other 11. I desperately needed more so I placed another order - MAK*** on the 19th of Dec. I ordered 10 items. Only received 1 again. I have a video. I logged a return again. Still haven't received the short delivered on both item. Dont use them! They *****s and simply cant count and to solve this problem is almost impossible!
