Makro cannot deliver a simple order 10 km from store !

Makro online service just cannot deliver a simple order in 8 days ! Placed order on 22 Nov. Order split into 3 deliveries with last one ETA 28 Nov. Radio silence and only info was on website saying order was packed on 22 Nov and 23 Nov. After requesting feedback this morning, i received a message that order would be picked up and delivered today (30 Nov) with a tracking link showing delivery path which was correct. After watching the courier never leave the woodmead store from 11am, I received and email at 3:30 that the delivery could not be made due to bad address despite the address on the tracking website wumdrop clearing showing the correct address and correct delivery route.
