Makro cannot be trusted
Following my complaint on hellopeter, I received two calls from Makro call centre, the second lady promised me a R500 voucher for inconvenience caused. She promised to process everything and send it to Makro Wonderboom as per my request and she also promised to come back to me on Tuesday last week. Today, almost two weeks since my last interaction with Makro, I am yet to receive that call. Surely Makro cannot be trusted. To keep a simple promise is a mission. I am going to take my complaint further.
