Makro / Candy worse service

I log an issue *** on the 28/2/2022 that my Candy washing machine does not switch on to which i have no feedback at all. Logged a new issue *** on the 4/3/2022 to which they said 2 - 5 working days. It's now 10 working days since the 2nd issue was logged with still zero feedback as the lady is on leave today and no one can assist. I am a single mother of 3 who needs a washing machine as a laundromat is why too expensive for me
