Makro Cancelled Black Friday Phone Order After Failed Delivery due to their Courier – Refund Is Not a Fair Resolution and still outstanding 6 days later

I bought a Black Friday phone from Makro on 2 December. I was available for delivery and provided the access PIN immediately, yet the courier falsely marked me as unavailable. Makro then cancelled my order without consent and refuses to honour the Black Friday price or allow store collection. The deal is no longer available anywhere else, so a refund does not help. I am left without a phone because of Makro’s failure. I am still yet to receive my refund. I am escalating this to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and NCC and seeking fulfilment of the order at the advertised Black Friday price.
