Makro cancel paid order without refunding R7000 a month later

Makro cancelled a paid iPad order of R7000 on 29 November. Still no refund after 30 days. Makro doesn’t reply to emails.

After Makro cancelled the order without any known reason, I order the iPad from iStore for the same price and was delivered within a few days by iStore.
