Makro can do better than this, Please.

I made an online purchase on the16 March 2025.Noticing that the school holidays were close, I cancelled the order in order for me to add more items on my trolley. I am still waiting for my refund , I wrote emails to Makro. I made calls to Makro, I sent all the document they asked me to send to Makro Refund department , I sent a DM massage to Makro on Facebook , I still have not received my money.
