Makro can do better.....

Bit of a mixed review on their online purchases side. I purchased an item on 17 March 2025 which specified a delivery time of 10 working days but the item was delivered in an unbelievable 2 days to my door. 100% satisfied with my purchase and delivery so in all I was happy with service and product. Now here's were things go bad, I decided to test them before I make any further purchases as I planned to buy more stuff, so the very next day I lodged a return of item and told them it doesn't meet my needs and needed to purchase a product of higher quality and price (basically a swap and pay the difference) from Makro Website. Now it's been 7 days and no calls or emails as to returning the product. Got me thinking what do I do in a situation were I really need a refund or exchange or item is faulty? They clearly state that we can't return the items to any stores as they are supp**** by 3rd parties, so what do we loyal customers do? Do we suck it up and take a loss of our hard earned money? Based on this experience I will not purchase from Makro online in future as there is clearly no after sales services! Hope this review helps you guys out......
