Makro call centre agents are dishonest and unhelpful

It seems i am not the only one that thinks makro online is a disgrace of a business. I order regularly from makro and many times there are issues with my order. Their call centre is just a place where calls are answered, the agents are dishonest and never resolve the issue, you are always told you’ll be called back or emailed but the issue is never attended to. clearly this is a reflection of the of what makro thinks of its customers, based on all the other negative reviews on here. I’d rather stick to online retailers like takealot where they value the customer. Makro online will get its comeuppance
