I ordered a laptop online at makro and used the work address, they delivered my package at night, 7:10pm. The delivery guy didn't even call before coming, He sent me a text via WhatsApp @7:10pm. My order was returned to the store and it took them two weeks to deliver and the and they repeat the same thing again, going to my work place during non- office working hours. I had to go back to work at night to collect it. The driver refused to deliver my order at home. I did call makro and spoke to Motsabi before they deliver for the second time and told her my office working hours but nothing was done. Makro online services and their delivery service is very bad.
