Makro business pathetic service

I placed orders on behalf of clients from 20 - 23 Oct 2025 with Makro Business Orders were short delivered and I've been trying to reach them after a week. It's virtually impossible to reach a warm body who can assist and they've been set up to almost avoid accountability. I'm at the end of my either and clients are looking at me for refunds. Any assistance/guidance will be appreciated
