Makro Business Online Pathetic Service

Worst experience with Makro Business. I purchased some cables for a client and the notice for delivery is 2 to 5 working days. It's been a week now and there is still no progress on my order. I have requested an updated ETA on this item so I can update my client and all I get told is that there is a delay with dispatch and they cannot provide any further updates or an updates ETA. Their online chat agents are extremely rude. I rated this poorly and did not even get feedback. This was my first order and will probably be my last. Do not deal with Makro online!!!!
