Makro business *****
We have placed an order with makro business for 17 products, from toilet paper to cold drinks and chips Order got canceled at 4am the next day just stating refund can take up to 10 days. We sent an enquiry and was told products was out of stock. Then tried to order again as surely stock was updated and same happened. They are sitting with over R30,000 and stating everything is out of stock. So you saying if we go to makro there is NO toilet paper, no cold drinks and no chips. This is impossible

08 Sept 2025, 08:25This does not make sense, we phoned your cape gate store and they confirmed they do have stock. As my query states we ordered over 17 products, impossible that all is out of stock
